The Comic Art of Mike Zeck: The Marvel Years

My first challenge designing for exhibition spaces was to create a title wall for The Comic Art of Mike Zeck: The Marvel Years. Zeck being famous for the creation of the black Spider Man, I carefully chose a creation of his as a directional guide into the gallery space. I hand vectorized the image to upscale it and created a typographic identity for the exhibit to pair with the image. From there, my duties were to design object and section text, design backdrops, blow up some artwork of Zeck's to by printed as vinyl graphics, and make advertisements.
